The "Sagra del Borgo" in Mendrisio


The Sagra del Borgo festival celebrates local products, wine and gastronomy and will take place from 28-30 September 2018.

It aims to provide people with an opportunity to explore the historic centre of this ‘magnifico borgo’ (magnificent town) and to discover its traditions, customs and local products, evocative narrow streets, typical houses with inner courtyards and its medieval and baroque churches.

Opening: Fr 28.09: 17h00 - 00h30; Sa 29.09: 9h00 - 00h30; Sun 30.09: 9h00 - 17h00.

Autumn Festival in Lugano

From 5th to 7th October 2018, Lugano city transforms itself to welcome the magical autumnal atmosphere!

Let yourself be inspired by the flavors of local gastronomy and taste some excellent Ticinese wines at the Grottos located in the city centre.
The market stalls await you to discover handicrafts, local products and many gift ideas. Not to be missed are the folklore musical events you will find around the city!


Last but not least, don't miss the traditional Onion Market on Saturday, 13th of October 2018 in Manzoni Square in Lugano!
